Just bought mine while on a recent trip to Los Angeles. I've had my eye on this one for some time, so I went by the shop to check it out. I love it. Thick leather, great construction, excellent fit! The guys at the shop were very helpful as well. All in, a great experience!

I really like the brown. Very deep, very dark brown. Like dark chocolate. The leather is very soft and supple.

I wear a 48 in the 141 and a XXL in other shot jackets and coats. The XXL was perfect.

Awesome jacket. I am 5ft9in, 175 lb, and the M fit perfectly. I bought it at the SF store, and the guys there were just great. Quality is fantastic. Can't recommend this jacket enough.

Pretty nice jacket. Only flaw is that one of the buttons is slightly looser than all the others… like the rivet isn’t as secure.

I am 5’8”, 150 lbs and wear a 38 Regular suit jacket. I ordered both the medium and small so I could try on both. I landed on the small even though it was a bit snug, at first. You will notice that the hide has some flex to it. After wearing it for a week. It has relaxed and is a wonderful fit. Glad I chose the small, because if the medium relaxed, it would have been too big.

Love it. It’s the third Schott leather jacket I have owned, starting almost 30 years ago when I moved to NYC. They were never inexpensive but always high-value. This one is no different. Excellent customer service as well and quick shipping.

Nice jacket but would have looked like hell in a week or two in the conditions I would have worn it in. If it were pigmented or semi-aniline I would not have sent it back but after feeling the leather I knew it would have absorbed all the dust and dirt which would have been impossible to clean or keep clean.

I was a little hesitant about ordering the recommended XL since I normally wear a large, but it was a nice fit, not too tight so I have free range of motion. good quality well made jacket. BTW I'm 5'11' 210 lbs if that helps anyone.

I am 5 ft 9 in tall, weight 179 lb, chest measurement 44 in. Size XL is perfect.
The jacket is beautiful, the leather is superb. It's a little thick but flexible.

Had an opportunity to buy my first high-end leather jacket. I knew I had to buy a Schott - given their history with leather goods and attention to detail. Since I'm in LA I figured it would be a good idea to visit their store in La Brea. Oh boy, am I really glad I did! The gentleman who helped me, James, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Schott's jackets. He helped me learn about my tastes and figure out my size. (I thought I would be a small in this but nope I was a medium!) The jacket is AMAZING. A few days in and it's breaking in wonderfully, and the smell is chef's kiss! Don't sleep on this jacket. This is a jacket that should definitely get more recognition from Schott's catalog!

The jacket is superb, perfectly tailored. The leather is beautiful. It's quite thick.
For size, follow the size guide which is very accurate. I'm 5' 7", weigh 177 lbs and size XL is perfect (I take XXL for Schott products for Europe and XL for Made in USA.)

I own a few leather and suede jackets, but this is by far the highest quality one I now own. A timeless trucker style jacket in stunning black leather is the perfect fall/winter fashion accessory. Schott staff were very helpful in determining the right size for me over the phone, and an XL fits me perfectly.

really cool design and a great fit. beautiful thick leather and the jacket is clearly very well constructed. it's a little stiff out of the box but am confident it'll break in easily enough.

I'm 5'8" and ~160lbs, fairly athletic build, though not bulky and the M fits me perfectly. I'll be able to wear a light sweater or sweat shirt under it, no prob.

this my 2nd Schott -- still wear the other one all the time, bought in '17 -- and I'm psyched to get it in rotation...

This jacket is made so well! It truly fits like a glove. I’m 5’10, 175, 43” chest. Size L is what I got and it fits snug like a fitted jacket should. Highly recommend this module ??. Also, love that’s it’s made right here in the USA. Thanks again for another beautiful jacket.

Wow, I placed a pre order in early November of 2022, expected delivery was approximately 12/20/22. I paid in full by PayPal, should have paid by credit card I would have been billed when the item shipped.. So months pass, I call several times and am told they are working on it. So I called in Late May of 2023 and was going to cancel and ask for refund. I was assured that production was 97% complete. So at the time estimated delivery was early July, but was told I would likely get it sooner. True to the very nice and helpful lady’s word, the jacket arrived about a week later. Well I won’t be wearing it for a while but it is a really nice jacket. Everything you would expect from Schott. I’m thinking it was worth the wait, glad I didn’t request refund. If you want one get it now, you don’t want to wait six or seven months.

My only real complaint with this jacket is the polyester lining but everything else is superb. I don't understand why this jacket isn't more popular as the quality on the leather, buttons, and stitching is phenomenal and incredibly sleek. On top of that the fit is perfect. It'll be a long time before I get another leather jacket but when I do it's definitely gonna be another Schott jacket.

I have been wearing the jacket since it arrived. Good fit. Looks great. Had to return original recommended size purchased as it was too large. For this style a more fitted look was better. Going to be one of my favorites!

For YEARS I’d always get the semi cheap leather jackets. After a good bonus at work, I decided to say screw it and pay a premium for the item I had wanted for so long.

The fit it is excellent. You can smell the real leather right out of the box. I can’t stop smelling it. The fit is GREAT. 10/10 would recommend

I'm 5'9" 145 pounds and have had sizing issues with Schott jackets before, but the size small in this jacket fits me perfectly. The leather looks absolutely incredible and the quality is top notch. Worth every penny

Happy to have it back in the product line. Happy to purchase it. Happy to wear it. Could use a slightly stronger taper down to the waist.

Jacket arrived on time and in excellent condition, as per usual. XL fits perfectly. The leather is just incredible- it's a very sturdy jacket. Heads up- be careful when you're trying to button things up the first few times, especially the cuffs. Both cuff buttons popped off because the leather was so stiff! They went back on easily enough but something to be mindful of if you're not at home and they come off.

I own several Schott jackets that I've picked up over the years. Some new and some second hand. All of them great and this one is no different.

Superb quality and fit. This is my 6th jacket from Schott. 6'2' @ 210 lbs, size large.

The finish and fit on this jacket is impeccable. Been buying Schott jackets for years now and this is by far my favourite. The quality of materials and stitching is superb. Will last my lifetime and beyond I am sure. Online sizing tool was spot on too.

I am 5'!0" 158lbs 32x30 jeans 15/33 dress shirt. Size small in all Schott items. True to size I was a SMALL in this jacket. Fit it FITTED and hangs just below my belt line like a true western jeans jacket cut.
I can get a custom made jacket like this for $250 in Mexico with even better leather but this leather is still heavy and decent. So why buy it from Schott ??? THE DETAILS. Metal BLACK buttons hard to find. FIT spot on. Design of the jacket overall is SPOT ON. Levis sells the "original" version of this but the buttons look cheap and the overall build quality leaves me wanting. SCHOTT has figured all the details that make this jacket unique and has produced it in accordance with these details .
YES price is high but this is a unique jacket and so hard to find with all the details in order.
I wish it were just a little longer in the body but the next size up would have been too large everywhere else.
