The original field pants were cut in either 100% wool for winter use and 100% cotton twill for the warmer months. We chose a tightly woven Herringbone Twill,
- the type of fabric most often found on Military workwear garments from the same era.

- Deep Side 1/4 Cut Slash Pockets
- 2 Deep Double Welt Back Pockets (One With Button Closure)
- Pocket Bags and Inner Waistband are also Cut from the Same Herringbone Twill Ensuring they Will Last as Long as the Pants
